IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Dialer Configuration Manager to oversee the administration, configuration, and support of our NICE CXone (InContact) and RingCentral contact center environment.

You will manage inbound and outbound contact center operations, call routing, dialer management, NICE Studio administration, telephony configuration, and integrations, ensuring reliability, performance, and ongoing improvements of customer engagement platforms.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Dialer Configuration Manager to oversee the administration, configuration, and support of our NICE CXone (InContact) and RingCentral contact center environment. This role will be responsible for inbound and outbound contact center operations, call routing, dialer management, NICE Studio administration, telephony configuration, workforce optimization platforms, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in contact center technologies, outbound dialer operations, routing configuration, telephony administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
