Job summary

MSX International is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician in Chennai to perform advanced diagnostics, ECU programming, and fault isolation using OEM tools. The role requires strong root-cause analysis and 4–8 years of hands-on experience with premium diagnostic equipment.

The position offers a hybrid work model (4 days in office + 1 day WFH) with training on-site for the first three months and Ford-provided cab facilities for commuting.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of automotive diagnostic experience required.
• Hands-on with premium OEM diagnostic tools.
• Strong root-cause analysis and fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle faults using OEM tools and DTC analysis.
• Perform ECU programming, coding and adaptations as needed.
• Document diagnostics and validate repairs.
