Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• German language proficiency would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain diagnostic data content to support Diagnostic Engineers and workshop requirements.
• Provide technical support to workshops and diagnose and resolve issues arising during diagnostic tasks and routines.
• Perform validation and testing of electronic systems associated with Aftersales systems.
• Monitor and track project KPIs, ensuring targets and deliverables are met.
• Ensure QMS standards and processes are followed and maintained.
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure effective partner engagement and escalation management.
• Participate in innovation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and improve technical and professional competencies and expertise.

Job Summary

You will work closely with colleagues across R&D and Aftersales to provide timely and effective solutions to workshops, supporting diagnostic activities and ensuring high-quality technical assistance.

Principal Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain diagnostic data content to support Diagnostic Engineers and workshop requirements.
• Provide technical support to workshops and diagnose and resolve issues arising during diagnostic tasks and routines.
• Perform validation and testing of electronic systems associated with Aftersales systems.
• Monitor and track project KPIs, ensuring agreed targets and deliverables are achieved in line with annual objectives.
• Ensure QMS standards and processes are consistently followed, monitored, and maintained.
• Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to ensure effective partner engagement, coordination, and escalation management where required.
• Actively participate in innovation, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Continuously develop and improve technical and professional competencies and expertise.

Skills and Experience

• Hands-on workshop experience with cars, vans, and/or trucks is highly desirable.
• Practical experience working independently with electronically controlled vehicle systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
