Tempsens Instruments India Limited in India is seeking a DGM - Finance & Accounts to lead financial closing, consolidation, and governance for group entities.

The role requires CA with 8–10 years of experience, deep knowledge of IND AS, taxation, and treasury management, and will coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

Formación

• CA with 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in consolidation for group companies.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS and statutory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closure and finalization of books for group companies.
• Prepare financials of subsidiaries for consolidation by the parent company.
• Review accounting policies, audit reports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
• Ensure IND AS compliance including IND AS adjustments.
• Oversee direct and indirect taxation (Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS).
• Ensure compliance with MCA, ROC, PF and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and tax consultants.
• Manage banking relationships, working capital facilities, LC requirements, and surplus funds.
• Monitor cash flow and treasury management.

KeyResponsibilities

• Manage timely closure andfinalization of books of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis forgroup companies.
• Prepare and provide financials ofsubsidiaries/group companies for consolidation by the parentcompany.
• Review accounting policies, auditreports, related party transactions, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with INDAS , including review of IND AS adjustment entries.
• Oversee direct and indirecttaxation matters including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and TCS.
• Ensure compliance with MCA,ROC, PF, and other statutory requirements .
• Coordinate with statutory/internalauditors and tax consultants.
• Manage banking relationships, workingcapital facilities, LC requirements , and surplus fund allocation.
• Monitor cash flow and ensureeffective working capital and treasury management.
