Job summary

Ryan Specialty in Mumbai, India seeks a skilled DevOps and Automation Lead Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning. The role focuses on cloud platforms, IaC, and automation to ensure reliable, scalable deployments across Azure/AWS/GCP.

You will work with Kubernetes and Docker, develop automation scripts, and implement observability and security practices within CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or System Administration roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Cloud services: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• IaC tools: Terraform, Ansible, or ARM Templates.
• Container orchestration: Kubernetes and Docker.
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong knowledge of networking, Linux/Windows systems, and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent).

• Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
