Deutsche Bank AG in Pune seeks a DevOps Lead to design and operate cloud-native platforms using GCP and Kubernetes. You will own CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, and observability, delivering reliable, scalable apps for enterprise use.

AVP level role offering deep hands-on work with GKE, cost optimisation, and security guardrails. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with global teams, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes (GKE) administration and operations.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
• Experience developing and managing Helm charts.
• Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability practices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation, secrets management, and service networking.
• Knowledge of Anthos Service Mesh is desirable.
• Expert in Security Guardrails and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and operate applications on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for complex application deployments.
• Implement and manage observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Manage Kubernetes infrastructure including node management, auto-scaling, configuration management, and secrets management.
• Configure and support service networking components such as gateways, virtual services, and service mesh technologies (Anthos Service Mesh preferred).
• Build and maintain operational dashboards for infrastructure monitoring, utilisation, and cost reporting.
• Drive cloud cost optimisation initiatives and improve platform efficiency.
• Build Performance Optimisation for Monorepo.

Your key responsibilities
