Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a DevOps Lead with hands-on DevOps experience and a strong focus on AI-enabled deployments. The role is based in Pune or Chennai and requires leading design, development and deployment of scalable systems.

You will drive CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-availability solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• > Proficiency in DevOps tools and practices including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform.
• > Strong programming in Python, Java or Go.
• > Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP.
• > Git-based version control proficiency.
• > Configuration management with Ansible or Puppet.
• > Monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana or ELK.

Experience Range- 12 + years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
