Job summary

Impact Analytics seeks a motivated DevOps Intern to gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and system observability. You will work alongside experienced engineers to monitor cloud infrastructure, troubleshoot deployments, and contribute to deployment automation while learning best practices in cloud operations.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in DevOps, Cloud Computing, IT Operations, or a related technical domain.
• Basic understanding of at least one cloud platform: GCP or AWS.
• Foundational knowledge of CI/CD concepts and deployment pipelines.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting application and infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with observability concepts, including logs, metrics, monitoring, and system health analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting, and observability.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, system monitoring, and operational troubleshooting while working alongside experienced engineering professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
