Job summary

Impact Analytics is seeking an experienced DevOps Architect to lead architecture, automation, and optimization of global Google Cloud infrastructure. You will define DevOps strategy, enforce Zero Trust, design scalable CI/CD, and ensure high-performance execution for AI engines and multi-tenant SaaS across Fortune 500 deployments.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive DevOps, cloud architecture, and systems engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, BigQuery, IAM.
• Mastery of Terraform, Pulumi, Docker, Helm, and Service Mesh.
• Automation and MLOps experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Python/Go/Bash.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and/or DevOps Engineer certification.

Responsibilities

• Design resilient GCP infrastructure using IaC.
• Build scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, ArgoCD) for zero-downtime deployments.
• Lead multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments on GKE and Anthos/Service Mesh.
• Implement Zero Trust, Vault secrets, vulnerability monitoring, SOC 2/ISO, FinOps.
• Establish full-stack observability with Google Cloud Operations, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Mentor engineers and align infra strategy with product roadmaps.

The impact you will make

As the DevOps Architect, you will lead the architecture, automation, and continuous optimization of our enterpriseGoogle Cloud infrastructure. You will define our global DevOps strategy, enforce Zero Trust security standards, design resilient CI/CD frameworks, and ensure high-performance execution for our agentic AI engines and multi-tenant SaaS platforms across Fortune 500 deployments.

What lands you in this Role (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

• GCP Infrastructure Architecture: Design, deploy, and maintain highly resilient, scalable Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
• CI/CD & Automated Delivery: Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, ArgoCD) for zero-downtime deployment of microservices, distributed data streams, and AI/ML model execution pipelines.
• Kubernetes & Container Orchestration: Lead enterprise multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Anthos / Service Mesh architecture, and container security for high-throughput enterprise workloads.
• Security, Compliance & FinOps: Drive Zero Trust architecture, HashiCorp Vault secrets management, vulnerability monitoring (Trivy/Snyk), SOC 2/ISO compliance, and FinOps cloud cost optimization across GCP environments.
• Observability & Reliability Engineering: Establish full-stack telemetry (Google Cloud Operations Suite / Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to enforce high-availability SLAs, proactive alerting, and low MTTR.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Mentor engineers across DevOps and SRE domains, foster a culture of continuous automation, and align infrastructure strategy with product roadmaps.

What this role entails (QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL STACK)

• 12–15 years of progressive experience in DevOps, Cloud Architecture, and Systems Engineering supporting high-scale enterprise SaaS or AI/ML product environments.
• Cloud Platforms: Deep, expert-level hands-on proficiency strictly centered on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Expertise across core GCP services including GKE, Cloud Run, Compute Engine, BigQuery, IAM, Artifact Registry, and Vertex AI infrastructure support.
• IaC & Containers: Mastery of Terraform, Pulumi, Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Helm, and Service Mesh.
• Automation & MLOps: Advanced hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Python, Go, or Bash, alongside supporting distributed compute engines and pipelines (Spark, Cloud Composer / Airflow).
• Mandatory Certifications: Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and/or Google Cloud Certified Professional DevOps Engineer.
