Job Description

Deployment, Platform, and Automation Support

• Deploy and support HPCWorks applications across Dev, QA, staging, lab, and customer-likepackage installation, and baseline configuration.
• Perform Kubernetes-based deployment activities, including setting up namespaces,deploying applications, validating configurations, and conducting post-deployment checks.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation for repeatable deployment, validation, cleanup,and operational tasks.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Documentation

• Configure and validate monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and post-deployment
• Triage Linux, Kubernetes, CI/CD, network, infrastructure, and configuration issues, ensuringclear ownership.
• Escalate complex issues with accurate logs, findings, reproduction steps, andtroubleshooting notes.
• Maintain deployment runbooks, installation guides, validation checklists, and knowledgebase articles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relatedfield.

Requirements

• Kubernetes fundamentals, including pods, deployments, services, namespaces, logs, and troubleshooting techniques.
• CI/CD tooling experience with GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
• Scripting capability using Bash, Python, or a comparable language.
• Foundational knowledge of networking, security, monitoring, and logging.
