Job summary

Talent21 is seeking a DevOps Engineer skilled in cloud technologies, IaC, and automation to support production and build teams in our Chennai operations.

The role demands hands-on experience with AWS/GCP/Azure concepts, Dynatrace monitoring, and a broad range of DevOps tools including Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• High-level expertise on Cloud Technologies.
• Knowledge of IBM public cloud is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge on Dynatrace.
• Hands-on knowledge on DevOps/Automation tools: Ansible, AWX, Jenkins, Terraform, Gitlab, ServiceNow (workflows; forms; orchestration; NLU), Jfrog Artifactory, Hashicorp Vault, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure As Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Configure, manage, and monitor cloud-based services such as AWS EC2, S3, VPC, IAM and RDS using Terraform and Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Study, support, and implement on cross-functional topics like version upgrades and automation of deployments.
• Create and maintain services for PSOs and document cloud service usage and best practices.

Role & responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

DevOps engineer with professional expertise, with a focus on DevOps using cloud platforms, DevOps tools, and Front End tools dedicated to the application areas of the OPS (BUILD / RUN) :

• Support of Production Engineers on the application areas and support on application building projects on our dedicated IaC(*) Cloud
• Technology watch: testing, validation, documentation of Cloud services, definition of best practices, recommendations on the use of Cloud services within the OPS.
• Study / support / Implementation on cross functional subjects: version upgrades, complex certificate renewals, automation of deployments, creation and maintenance of services for PSOs, etc.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies
