DevOps Engineer – Hybrid, Multi Cloud

Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks a DevOps/SRE professional to scale and maintain on-prem infrastructure while expanding AWS, GCP, and OCI environments. You will design secure authentication workflows across hybrid setups and lead robust CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments.

You will embed security practices, automate routines, monitor systems, and troubleshoot complex distributed services to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering role.
• Solid hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing.
• Foundational or deep experience in at least one major cloud: AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Strong conceptual understanding of translating cloud skills across providers.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, managed or bare-metal.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
• Ability to rapidly learn a new cloud provider or tool within weeks and apply it effectively.
• First-principles systems and network-level troubleshooting approach.
• Strong preference for automation over manual, repetitive tasks.
