Job summary

Webito is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Surat, India team. You will help set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud hosting on AWS/Azure, and implement IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation.

You will also handle Linux servers, Docker containers, basic Kubernetes, and automation with Bash/Python. You will monitor systems with CloudWatch/Prometheus, manage logs and security basics, and work with dev and QA to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on DevOps, Cloud, System Admin work.
• Basic to intermediate AWS/Azure knowledge.
• Hands-on with at least one CI/CD tool like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Linux systems and command-line proficiency.
• Scripting (Bash/Python) skills.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization.
• Basic Kubernetes knowledge is a plus.
• Exposure to Terraform/CloudFormation or other IaC tools.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, monitoring and security basics.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure provisioning with Terraform/CloudFormation or similar IaC tools.

• Monitor apps/infrastructure with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Handle logs, alerts, and system monitoring.
• Support cloud networking (DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers).
• Follow DevSecOps practices including access control and secrets management.
• Troubleshoot deployment/server/infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with dev/QA for smooth releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve deployment efficiency and cloud cost.
• Maintain infrastructure/deployment docs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, System Administration, or a related role.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
