Job summary

BuildBros Innovations in Bengaluru is seeking a DevOps/SRE professional to build and maintain the infrastructure powering our SaaS products—CI/CD, containers, and AWS security and reliability.

You design and operate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins, manage Docker and Kubernetes across staging and production, and implement Terraform IaC. The role offers remote-first culture, strong compensation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DevOps or SRE production experience.
• Strong AWS expertise; Solutions Architect Associate certification preferred.
• Hands-on deployment and debugging with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Terraform or CloudFormation IaC proficiency; Bash/Python scripting; Linux administration.
• Understanding of networking (VPC, subnets, load balancers, DNS, SSL/TLS).

Responsibilities

About This Role

Build and maintain the infrastructure powering all BuildBros SaaS products — CI/CD, containers, cloud architecture, monitoring, and security on AWS.

A Day in the Life

You unblock a flaky pipeline, roll out Terraform changes to staging, tune Prometheus alerts, and document a runbook for a new failover scenario.

What You'll Do

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins
• Manage Docker and Kubernetes deployments across staging and production
• Architect and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, SQS)
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, PagerDuty)
• Ensure 99.9% uptime SLA with incident response runbooks and automated recovery
• Manage SSL certificates, DNS, CDN configuration, and security hardening

What We're Looking For
