Job summary

comScore is seeking an Infrastructure Operations professional in Pune, India. The role involves managing hardware, networking, virtual infrastructure and storage, and supporting application teams with reliable maintenance.

You’ll automate tasks using Python/Bash/Go and implement provisioning with Terraform/Ansible, while setting up Prometheus and Grafana dashboards for monitoring. The shift spans US and India business hours, with onboarding aligned to US Eastern time initially.

Job description

Manages infrastructure operations for application teams including hardware, networking, virtual infrastructure, server and VM configurations and storage. Provides support to application teams for these areas and ensures that they are properly maintained. More senior roles act as liaisons between application teams and other operations teams, such as data center operations, infrastructure teams and sgl dba teams.

Shift Timing:

The regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India – typically 2PM-11PM IST. Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world. Additionally, for the first 4-6 weeks of onboarding and training, US Eastern time hours (IST -9:30) may be required .
