Job summary

Evoke HR is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage scalable infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized deployments with Kubernetes, and implement robust monitoring and security practices.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Terraform or CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes, plus scripting in Python or PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years of DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS/GCP) and IaC tools.
• Strong automation, scripting, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, GCP, hybrid, or on-premises environments.
• Build and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or Splunk.
• Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning.
• Manage source code using Git and configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure reliable and scalable software delivery.
