Job summary

Atyeti is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer in Pune, India to design and govern CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and deploy on Kubernetes. The role covers infrastructure as code with Terraform, scripting with Bash/Python, and ensuring high availability and performance across systems.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in DevOps, strong Linux fundamentals, and solid experience with Maven/Gradle and Git-based version control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins / GitHub / GitLab.
• Deep expertise in Docker & Kubernetes (production environments).
• Proven experience in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash / Python / Shell.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Java application ecosystem (Maven/Gradle, deployments, logs).
• Experience with Git-based version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end DevOps lifecycle including build, release, deployment and monitoring
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes (K8s)
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using Bash, Python, or Shell scripting
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot pipeline failures, infra issues, and production incidents
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build processes for Java-based applications (Maven/Gradle)
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of applications and infrastructure
• Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD standardization and automation strategies
• Maintain clear documentation for pipelines, deployments and infra setups.
