We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools and practices, cloud platforms (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure using Kubernetes and Istio.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
• Use Ansible and scripting (Bash, Shell) for configuration management and automation.
• Integrate and manage monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Fluent Bit).
• Implement service mesh and multi-cluster connectivity using Skupper.
• Collaborate with development teams to support microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Manage version control using Git and promote GitOps practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with DevOps tools: Kubernetes, Istio, Ansible, Git, Skupper, Fluent Bit, Kafka.
• Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related services.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Shell.
• Solid understanding of Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
