Job summary

Kaidoko is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust infrastructure in India. The role focuses on streamlining deployments, ensuring high availability, and enabling secure, scalable software delivery in collaboration with developers and QA teams.

Candidate should have 3–5 years of DevOps experience, strong AWS skills, and proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash/Go), Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and monitoring is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on production experience on AWS.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CodePipeline.
• Exposure to IaC using Terraform or Ansible.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using modern IaC tools to ensure environment consistency.
• Architect and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) across cloud platforms.
• Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting to maintain system health and rapid incident resolution.
• Integrate security best practices into the pipeline (DevSecOps) and perform vulnerability scans.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team.
• You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust infrastructure, streamlining deployment processes, and ensuring high availability across our production environments.
• You will work closely with developers and QA to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective software solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in DevOp Cloud Expertise: Hands‑on production experience on (AWS) Tools: Container Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes IaC: Terraform, Ansible,.
• CI/CD: aws codepipeline, Jenkins, Obervability: cloudwatch, new relic, site 24*7, nagious, promethues, grafana Scripting Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go.
• Mindset: Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to own incident response, and a passion for automation Key Responsibilities CI/CD Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code testing and deployment.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud resources using modern IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) to ensure environment consistency. Cloud & Container Management: Architect and manage containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) across major cloud platforms.
• (AWS)- ec2, ecr, eks, codepipeline, s3, ecs, cloudformation, waf, media, services, api-gateway cloudfront, sagemaker, bedrock, developer tools Monitoring & Alerting: Configure comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g.,cloudformation, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack,, new relic, site24) to maintain system health and fast incident resolution.
• System Administration & Automation: Write and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to eliminate manual deployment and configuration tasks.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices directly into the pipeline (DevSecOps), ensuring automated vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software developers to troubleshoot bugs, resolve deployment blockers, and refine software architectures.
• Good to have Certification(not mandatory) cka(certified kubernetes administrator) Aws solutions architect associate.
