We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to join our cloud-focused development team. The role involves architecting and managing secure, scalable environments using Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Databricks, Data Lake Storage, Power BI, and related technologies. This is a collaborative opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on building and maintaining modern cloud-native infrastructure.

Scope of Work

• Work within the development team and report to the project manager and technical lead
• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Azure architecture environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of development and production systems
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development lifecycle
• Monitor system performance and optimize for resource utilization
• Define and enforce security best practices and policies
• Work closely with security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards

Skills & Experience Required

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in DevOps, Security, or Systems Administration
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience working across development, operations, and security teams
• Familiarity with multicultural and remote team environments
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges
• Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments

Required Technical Proficiency

• Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure management
• PowerShell for scripting and automation
• Azure Security Center, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, and Azure Monitor
• Azure Resource Manager (ARM) for provisioning and managing Azure resources

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• Working with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics
• Experience in Power BI and PowerApps for data reporting and custom app development
• Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for automation
