Job summary

BCITS Private Limited is seeking a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to design, build and manage CI/CD infrastructure end-to-end in Bengaluru. You will implement GitLab pipelines, Runners, and automation across Dev, QA, and Production environments.

The role emphasizes containerized deployments, monitoring and observability with Grafana, Prometheus and ELK, and security-conscious release practices as part of an ownership-driven team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on DevOps experience in CI/CD, containerized deployments and monitoring.
• Proven track record building end-to-end DevOps infrastructure from scratch.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with Linux environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in building and managing CI/CD infrastructure, containerized deployments, and monitoring systems. The candidate will be responsible for setting up GitLab CI/CD pipelines from scratch, integrating multiple project repositories with development and QA automation, managing Docker and Kubernetes based deployments, and implementing monitoring and observability across environments. This is an ownership role for a candidate who can build DevOps infrastructure end to end rather than only maintain existing pipelines.
