Job summary

Naukai E Hire Campaign in Bengaluru seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD, development, integration, and deployment environments for scalable and secure software delivery.

You will be responsible for automating pipelines, managing Linux servers and cloud resources, and guiding teams on DevOps best practices to ensure release readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Engineering or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems.
• 8+ years of experience preferred in DevOps/CI-CD environments.
• Experience in Transportation / Railways / Technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CI/CD infrastructure across physical, virtual and cloud environments.
• Automate development, integration, delivery and deployment processes using DevOps tools and scripting.
• Manage and optimize Linux, networks, servers, databases, storage and deployment environments.
• Implement and maintain Git, Docker/Podman, Jenkins/GitLab-CI, Ansible/Puppet/Chef and artifact repositories.
• Monitor health, performance, scalability and availability; resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure security standards and DevOps best practices.
• Support software deployment for internal/external clients and provide guidance/training to development teams.
• Participate in architecture/design reviews to ensure systems are integration- and release-ready.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and continuously improve the DevOps environment.
