Mphasis is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join our Bengaluru office. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with emphasis on Kubernetes (AWS/EKS), Terraform/Terragrunt, and strong CI/CD skills. You will support platform services, guide partner teams, and contribute to on-call rotations for production systems.

Candidate should be comfortable with a fast-paced, face-to-face final round and weekend drive as part of recruitment. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with container deployment on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS).
• Cloud experience in AWS including ALB, Route53, S3, CloudFront.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Strong teamwork and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Support development teams using the platform, maintain and enhance CI pipelines and deployment architecture.
• Provide guidance and documentation to partner dev teams and facilitate technical onboarding.
• Offer operations support for production infrastructure, including on-call rotations if needed.
• Improve platform components (code, docs, processes) in coordination with the team.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to meet product requirements.

The engineer will be engaged in providing direct support to service development teams who use the platform as well as maintaining and developing new and existing components of the platform across such areas as, CI pipeline, tool integrations, test processes, deployment architecture, monitoring, documentation, self-service initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing technical discussions with partner solution development teams
• Provide guidance and documentation to partner dev teams
• Provide direct technical support for development engineers using the pipeline and other core elements of the platform (pipeline, deployment process, logging, monitoring, etc.)
• Improve platform elements (code, documentation, process elements) in alignment with rest of the development team
• Provide operations support as needed for production infrastructure. This may include off-hours on-call support rotations.
• Research and investigate product requirements and new technologies rollout

Qualifications

Required Experience and knowledge

• Demonstrated hands on experience with Container Deployment on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) and troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience on Infra as code using terraform, terragrunt.
• Cloud experience, AWS or equivalent. (ALB, Rout53, S3, CloudFront, SQS, etc.)
• At least good at one coding language (Python, Go, Java etc.)
• General CI/CD pipeline setup experience is needed.
• Cloud operations experience, DevOps deployment, logging, tracing, monitoring, incident management (e.g., Splunk, ELK, Datadog etc.)
• Large scale distributed systems experience is plus.
• Experience on database part is plus.
• Passion on new technology, can-do attitude, willing to learn and be a quick learner.
• Progressive Delivery concepts and tools experience (feature flags, canary deployments, blue green deploys, contract testing) in plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication, collaboration & partnering skills
• SW development lifecycle, quality processes, agile development, scrum, systems triage, SaaS
