Job summary

UST is seeking a Developer III - DevOps Engineering in Bengaluru to lead infrastructure initiatives and drive automation across build, release, and deployment. You will partner with multiple R&D groups to architect scalable platforms and ensure robust production operations.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, strong expertise in GIT/JFrog/Jenkins, and proficiency with Ansible, Terraform and Python.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps engineer experience.
• Hands on experience with artifact management cycle: GIT, JFrog, Jenkins, version releases and branch management.
• Automation development using Ansible, Terraform and Python.
• Experience in on prem environment, air-gap environment concepts.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows scripting.
• Knowledge of CI, configuration management and containerization solutions.
• Familiar with Network switches, Firewall and other network devices – strong advantages.
• Experience with Security Engineering solutions and concepts - a big advantage.
• Experience with Virtualization, Docker, containers. Build, configure, upgrades.
• Hands on experience with K8S on prem. Install, configure, maintaining and supporting.
