Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, deliver, and support optimized, secure cloud solutions across development and production environments. This role works across multiple product delivery teams, promoting DevOps best practices and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality approach to software delivery and infrastructure management.

Key duties include:

  • Act as a core member of the DevOps function, contributing to a center of excellence in DevOps methodologies
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable cloud‑based solutions
  • Promote and enable automation and self‑service capabilities across development teams
  • Ensure compliance with well‑architected frameworks and embed non‑functional requirements (security, performance, scalability) by design
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate operational requirements into design, build, and deployment phases
  • Provide Level 2/3 support, identifying root causes and implementing permanent fixes to prevent recurring incidents
  • Implement, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure and associated technology platforms
  • Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable deployments (including one‑click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterized builds)
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvementTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
  • Work closely with software developers to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and processes
Technical Skills
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Solid understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Knowledge of networking, security principles, and cloud architecture best practices
DevOps & Engineering Practices
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies
  • Experience implementing automation and self‑service solutions
  • Familiarity with well‑architected frameworks and non‑functional requirements
  • Experience supporting production systems and handling incident management
Soft Skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with microservices architecture
