Qualifications

• Proven experience in C#, .NET, and Terraform.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Architect.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles, system design, and scalability.
• Experience creating architectural documentation and blueprints for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Axi's overall software architecture to ensure standardization, scalability, and code quality.
• Design architectural blueprints for common, reusable solutions across products and teams.
• Collaborate with tech leads to document and communicate architectural standards across the developer community.
• Embed secure coding practices throughout the SDLC to proactively mitigate security risks.
• Mentor junior developers via peer reviews and pair programming.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with technical leads and subject matter experts, shaping architectural blueprints and roadmaps, while also mentoring developers and promoting excellence in engineering practices. Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

• Own and evolve Axi's overall software architecture to ensure standardization, scalability, and code quality.
• Design architectural blueprints for common, reusable solutions across products and teams.
• Serve as a core member of the Architecture Collaboration Forum, providing direction and review of technical designs.
• Collaborate with tech leads to document and communicate architectural standards across the developer community.
• Develop and maintain a technical roadmap in coordination with product and development teams.
• Implement DevOps and Azure Well‑Architected Framework principles for operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, clean code practices, and test‑driven development (TDD).
• Write clean, maintainable code and implement unit tests to promote high‑quality software.
• Embed secure coding practices throughout the SDLC to proactively mitigate security risks.
• Contribute to and refine software development practices to improve efficiency and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers via peer reviews and pair programming.

Are you the one?

General:

• Proven experience in C#, .NET, and Terraform.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Software Architect.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Strong grasp of software architecture principles, system design, and scalability.
• Experience with TDD, unit testing, and clean coding principles.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (OO or functional) is a plus.
• Experience creating architectural documentation and blueprints for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of the Azure Well‑Architected Framework and security best practices.
• Ability to align architecture with business and product strategies.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.
• Active participant in cross‑functional forums, design reviews, and roadmap planning.
