Cyber Identity Solutions is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Platform) in Bangalore to standardize and migrate services to a production-grade Kubernetes cluster. You will build a self-service golden path for developers in a fast-paced environment.
You will automate with Ansible, craft Helm charts and GitOps pipelines, and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform, while owning the observable monitoring and logging stack. Work from office in Bengaluru.
Standardize and migrate a diverse ecosystem of services from standalone containers to a production-grade Kubernetes cluster. You will build the "Golden Path" to enable developer self-service in a high-velocity environment.
Migration: Lead the transition of Persistent Data Services and Ephemeral Applications to Kubernetes.
Automation: Use Ansible as the primary driver for configuration management and infrastructure consistency.
Platform Engineering: Develop standardized Helm charts and GitOps pipelines to reduce deployment friction.
Infrastructure-as-Code: Maintain environment state and automate resource provisioning (Terraform knowledge is a plus).
Observability: Own the full-stack monitoring and logging pipeline.
On-Premises Native: Extensive hands-on experience managing physical or virtualized local infrastructure.
Terminal Mastery: Expert-level Linux CLI skills. You solve complex OS-level bottlenecks via the shell, not a dashboard.
Container Orchestration: Advanced proficiency in K8s primitives, including networking, storage classes, and lifecycle management.
Automation First: "Ansible-native" mindset. You prefer repeatable playbooks over manual fixes.
Fast-paced, product-driven startup.
No-fluff engineering culture.
Hands-on Priority: We value candidates who can dive deep into the terminal and lead service owners through the migration process.
