Job summary

Vedlogic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Mid DevOps Engineer to architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. You will automate processes, ensure reliability, and support smooth software delivery across AWS/Azure/GCP.

You will design and manage automation with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation, build robust monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, and lead incident management to minimize production impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile practices.
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to streamline release processes.
• Manage container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Enhance observability with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or Datadog.
• Implement security best practices across CI/CD and infrastructure layers.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis of production issues.

About The Role

• Strong knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
• Solid understanding of networking, system security, and performance tuning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience with service mesh, secrets management, or zero-downtime deployments.
