Job summary

Callease AI is seeking an experienced DevOps/DevSecOps engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, with a focus on scalability and security.

You will set up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), automate provisioning with Terraform/Ansible, and monitor microservices using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch. Strong scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and microservice deployments.
• Proficient in CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Experience with DevSecOps, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and cloud security.
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting in Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.
• Set up, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related deployment tools.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimise microservice-based architectures in cloud environments.
• Implement DevSecOps practices and ensure security compliance throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Configure and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform or Ansible.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production-related issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.
• Maintain cloud security best practices, perform regular audits, and manage vulnerability assessments and remediation processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and microservice architecture deployment.
• Proficient in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience with DevSecOps principles, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible), and cloud security.
• Familiar with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience with serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).
• Familiarity with data storage services such as S3, RDS, or Azure Blob Storage.
• Knowledge of database administration and optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Experience in handling compliance and regulatory standards in cloud environments (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

Note: This position requires an individual who is proactive, comfortable working independently, and capable of ensuring that cloud infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available. The role demands a strong background in microservice architectures, automation, security, and cloud-based infrastructure, as well as a willingness to handle on-the-job challenges and solve them in real-time.
