Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with Kubernetes focus.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation.
• Solid container security practices and tools (Kube-bench, Aqua).
• Experience with GitOps and Helm.
• Strong monitoring/observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins) with Kubernetes manifests.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning/configuration via IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Monitor cluster health and performance (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK); optimize resources.
• Ensure high availability, DR, and secure network policies for workloads.
• Collaborate with development teams to adopt GitOps and container security practices.
• Mentor engineers and document processes.

As a Devops, you will architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructures, focusing on Kubernetes as the core orchestration platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and operations teams to streamline continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, ensuring rapid yet reliable software releases. You will monitor and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, enforce best practices for cluster health, and drive automation through IaC tools, all while upholding compliance and regulatory standards. Your role will be pivotal in delivering resilient, high-availability services that support our growth ambitions and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins, integrating with Kubernetes manifests.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration via IaC frameworks like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Monitor cluster health, resource utilization, and application performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and secure network policies for all workloads.
• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for both cluster and application workloads.
• Collaborate with developers to adopt GitOps practices and container security scanning.
• Implement role-based access controls, secrets management, and compliance automation.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through documentation and training sessions.

What makes you a Great Fit

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Solid knowledge of container security best practices and tools like Kube-bench and Aqua.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of incident resolution.
