The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is seeking a high-performing sales leader to recruit, train and manage a nationwide network of insurance agents. You will drive sales targets while building a culture of coaching and performance across the team.

This pan-India full-time role requires proven sales experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will mentor agents, develop sales strategies, and guide the team to deliver strong results in a competitive market.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
