You will architect with React/Node/Express/MongoDB, build REST APIs and microservices, and integrate Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs while deploying on Docker/Kubernetes in a multi-cloud environment.

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring a Hands-on Developer Team Lead with strong expertise in the MERN Stack to lead the development of scalable enterprise applications while actively contributing to coding and technical design. This role requires someone who can mentor junior developers, drive technical decisions, and deliver high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Build scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed backend services with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Write clean, reusable, and production-ready code while actively participating in hands-on development.
• Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, and AI APIs into applications.
• Design cloud-native solutions and manage deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ensure application security, scalability, observability, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver features in Agile/Scrum sprints.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience building REST APIs, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and RabbitMQ/Event-driven Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings.
• Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, security, and scalability.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and driving engineering deliverables.

Mandatory Requirement

• This is a 100% Hands-on Technical Leadership role.
• Candidates must have recent hands-on coding and development experience along with the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is required.
