Job summary

Synechron is seeking a hands-on Developer/Team Lead (Java Full Stack) to lead a skilled team in Pune/Chennai. You will design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React, while guiding architecture decisions and driving cloud initiatives.

The role requires 7–9 years of experience, strong leadership, and expertise across backend, frontend, and DevOps, with a focus on delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7–9 years of hands-on Java Full Stack development with cloud experience.
• Strong expertise in design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
• Experience leading development teams and managing project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
