Job summary

ToolJet is seeking fresh graduates to join our Developer Relations team in Bengaluru. You will create clear technical docs, tutorials, and guides to help developers use ToolJet, and participate in the community.

You’ll publish articles, answer queries, run workshops, and gather feedback to improve developer experience. Three live technical blogs are required to kick off the application.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or students with strong programming fundamentals and interest in developer relations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience with technical blogs, documentation, tutorials, or open-source projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, tutorials, and guides for ToolJet developers.
• Engage with the developer community via forums, social media, and events, answering queries and sharing insights.
• Gather developer feedback and relay insights to improve ToolJet’s developer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance ToolJet’s developer ecosystem through content and community activities.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to support developers using ToolJet.
• Actively participate in the developer community through forums, social media, and events by answering queries, sharing insights, and fostering discussions.
• Gather developer feedback and share insights with the internal team to help improve ToolJet’s developer experience.
• Collaborate with the internal team to enhance ToolJet’s developer ecosystem through technical content, workshops, and community engagement.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates or students with strong programming fundamentals and interest in developer relations.
• Exposure to technical blogs, documentation, tutorials, or open-source projects is a plus. Must have a few articles or technical content to showcase.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Passion for engaging with developer communities and helping drive product adoption.
