Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience in development, enhancements and management of MDM Solution(s). Preferred experience in MDM Implementation projects/background.
• Hands on experience in Data Integration, Data Migration, ETL and Data Quality Products like Syniti's ADMM and ADM.
• Experience with MDM tools/platforms such as SimpleMDG or similar industry standards platforms like Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting of Stored Procedures, Triggers, etc and database management activities including DB Refreshes, DB Copy, Table refreshes.
• Experience with Data quality management - Data Quality Rules & Master data Management processes and practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop MDM solutions to support business processes and data governance - including Data Quality rules development, maintenance and support
• Implement data integration processes to ensure accurate and consistent master data across systems
• Monitor and maintain the MDM environment, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve master and data quality related issues and discrepancies

• Platform ownership including upgrades, configuration fixes, platform health monitoring
