The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding requirements and designing software: Develop solutions by studying information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigate problems, facilitate root cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to improve system performance.
2. Coding and module development: Write error-free code, develop and automate testing processes, fix errors, and upgrade interfaces. Document code and project details thoroughly.
3. Status reporting and client communication: Capture requirements, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain good communication with clients and document solutions clearly.

Performance Parameters:

• Continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring with 100% error-free onboarding and implementation.
• Quality and customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, troubleshooting, and certification completion.
• Timely MIS and report generation.

Mandatory Skills: Kafka Integration.
