The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding requirements and designing software
2. Developing software solutions based on information needs, system flow, data usage, and work processes.
3. Investigating problem areas and following the software development life cycle.
4. Facilitating root cause analysis of system issues.
5. Identifying ideas to improve system performance and availability.
6. Analyzing client requirements and converting them into feasible designs.
7. Collaborating with functional teams or systems analysts.
8. Consulting with project managers about software capabilities.

2. Coding and development:

1. Evaluating operational feasibility.
2. Developing and automating processes for software validation.
3. Modifying software to fix errors, upgrade interfaces, or improve performance.
4. Ensuring code quality and error-free operation.
5. Documenting programming activities and specifications.
6. Coordinating with team members on project status.

3. Status reporting and customer focus:

1. Capturing requirements and clarifications from clients.
2. Gathering feedback for timely delivery.
3. Participating in continuing education.
4. Documenting solutions and developing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
5. Maintaining good communication with customers.
