Job summary

BSL Placement Services is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to own end-to-end NLP and Generative AI solutions, from design to production. You will build scalable, cloud-native LLM-powered applications on Azure and mentor junior teammates.

Responsibilities include developing LLM chatbots, RAG systems, data pipelines, and async APIs with FastAPI/Flask, while ensuring production readiness and observability across the stack.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in NLP / AI / ML.

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
