Job summary

Brainstorm Infotech is looking for enthusiastic Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) graduates to join as Trainee in structural steel detailing. You will undergo structured training in Tekla Structures, steel detailing concepts, fabrication drawings, and industry standards before being assigned to live projects.

You will gain hands-on experience in preparing structural steel shop drawings while collaborating with experienced detailing professionals, with opportunities to advance based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers (2025/2026 pass-outs) encouraged to apply.
• 0–6 months of experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in the company's structured training program.
• Learn the fundamentals of structural steel detailing and fabrication.
• Understand engineering drawings, structural plans, and project specifications.
• Prepare basic shop drawings, assembly drawings, and part drawings under guidance of senior engineers.
• Learn to use Tekla Structures and other drafting software.
• Update drawings based on review comments from senior engineers.
• Maintain drawing quality and follow company drafting standards.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines.
• Follow the company's QMS and safety guidelines.
• Participate in technical assessments and periodic performance evaluations.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision records during training.
