Role Description

The Desktop Publishing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ghazipur. This role is responsible for designing, formatting, and producing print‑ready and digital educational materials, including study guides, worksheets, brochures, and other institute‑related documents. Day‑to‑day tasks include laying out text and graphics, maintaining visual consistency across materials, preparing files for printing, and ensuring brand standards are applied to all content. The specialist will collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to understand content needs, make revisions based on feedback, and deliver accurate, visually clear materials within deadlines. The role also involves organizing design assets, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring all outputs meet quality and readability standards.
