Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking an IT administrator to manage modern workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory.

You will implement endpoint security (Defender, BitLocker, Secure Boot), automate with PowerShell, and uphold ITIL processes while collaborating with stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting, governance, and communication skills are essential to support a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployments and modern workplace solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Experience implementing endpoint security controls including Defender, BitLocker, and Secure Boot.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
