Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned BIM Modeller to deliver high-quality OpenBuildings Designer models for diverse projects, including water, wastewater, and industrial structures. You will collaborate with BIM Leads and Discipline Leads to ensure consistency and accuracy across multi-discipline models.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, maintain rigorous work standards, and contribute to knowledge sharing within a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of project delivery experience in BIM projects.
• Proficient in BIM Modelling using Open Buildings Designer.
• Experience with reinforcement detailing in water, wastewater and industrial structures.

Main Role Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer
• Support strong GID service delivery to lead regions
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail
• To have good understanding of different disciple workflows.
• Working on multiple projects, review the 3D models from different disciplines and suggest the methods to bring the uniformity in deliverables across all the projects
• Reinforcement detailing
• Assemble and coordinate multi-discipline models.
• Works with BIM Leads, Design Leads, and Discipline Leads.
