Job summary

Jacobs in India is seeking an experienced BIM Engineer to lead modelling for multi-disciplinary projects using Open Buildings Designer. You will coordinate with designers, engineers and clients, manage reinforcement detailing, and ensure consistency across deliverables while maintaining high standards.

The role involves working across multiple projects with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accuracy and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years of project delivery experience in BIM projects.
• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer.

Your impact

Main Role Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer
• Support strong GID service delivery to lead regions
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail
• To have good understanding of different disciple workflows.
• Working on multiple projects, review the 3D models from different disciplines and suggest the methods to bring the uniformity in deliverables across all the projects
• Reinforcement detailing
• Assemble and coordinate multi-discipline models.
• Works with BIM Leads, Design Leads, and Discipline Leads.

Experience
