Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced BIM professional in India to lead BIM modelling in Open Buildings Designer across varied projects. The role requires delivering reinforcement detailing for water, wastewater and industrial structures while coordinating with design leads and clients.

With 6–12 years of project delivery experience, you will work in a hybrid setup, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous learning.

Your impact

Main Role Responsibilities

• BIM Modelling in Open Buildings Designer
• Support strong GID service delivery to lead regions
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail
• To have good understanding of different disciple workflows.
• Working on multiple projects, review the 3D models from different disciplines and suggest the methods to bring the uniformity in deliverables across all the projects
• Reinforcement detailing
• Assemble and coordinate multi-discipline models.
• Works with BIM Leads, Design Leads, and Discipline Leads.

Here's what you'll need

• 6 to 12 years of project delivery experience in a variety of BIM projects

• Extensive working experience with BIM software
