Emeritus is seeking a Designer to create high-quality visual assets for marketing across digital and print. You will ensure brand consistency while collaborating with copywriters and marketing teams to meet campaign objectives.

Ideal candidates have strong design judgment, proficiency in industry tools, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with timely revisions and final files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or equivalent preferred.
• Strong branding, layout and visual communication skills.
• Ability to translate briefs into visual solutions with attention to detail.

Role Overview

The Designer will develop high-quality visual assets for marketing and communication across digital, print and other channels. The role requires strong creative judgement, attention to detail, brand consistency and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Core Responsibilities

• Design creatives for performance ads, social media, emails, landing pages, brochures, flyers, presentations, event collaterals, out-of-home formats, short videos and other marketing assets.
• Interpret creative briefs, campaign requirements, copy inputs and feedback to develop effective design solutions.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketing teams, performance teams and internal stakeholders to create assets that support campaign objectives.
• Follow brand guidelines, visual identity systems, templates and design SOPs across all outputs.
• Apply strong design judgement across layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, colour, composition and format adaptation.
• Adapt creatives across sizes, channels, platforms and campaign requirements.
• Maintain quality across design outputs, including alignment, spacing, readability, consistency and final-file accuracy.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously and deliver within agreed timelines.l
• Own assigned deliverables, revisions and final files.
• Stay updated on design trends,digital formats, performance creative styles and relevant design tools.

Ideal Skills & Expertise

• Strong portfolio in design, visual communication, digital designor marketing design.A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or equivalent knowledge gained through education, training and professional experience is preferred.
• Strong creative and design skills, with an understanding of branding, customer/user experience and marketing communication.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a visually compelling way.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, with working knowledge of motion graphics. Adobe XD and Figma knowledge is a plus.
• Experience designing for digital, print, social, email, performance marketing, out-of-home, short videos and other marketing formats.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, colour, composition, format adaptation and production requirements.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines, visual identity systems, templates and design SOPs across multiple projects.
• Strong quality-assurance discipline and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agile project management tools such as Wrike,Trello or Jira,and proficiency in Microsoft Officeand Google Workspace.
• Ability to understand briefs, incorporate feedback and deliver revisions efficiently.
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the abilityto work independently and collaboratively with copy, marketing, performance and cross-functional teams.
