Job summary

Siyarams in Mumbai seeks a product development professional to craft ranges for men's casual shirts, T-shirts and bottom wear. You will prepare tech packs and drive sampling to bulk production, ensuring design intent and quality.

You will coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories throughout the development cycle, monitor fabric, trims, fit sessions, and approvals to deliver on time and to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in men's casual shirts and bottom wear.
• Ability to prepare detailed tech packs for sampling and production.
• Strong coordination with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories.
• Track product lifecycle from concept to bulk production.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop product ranges for men’s casual shirts, T-shirts and bottom wear.
• Prepare detailed tech packs for sampling and bulk production.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, production, suppliers, and factories throughout the product development cycle.
• Manage sample development, fit sessions, comments, corrections, and approvals to achieve the desired product.
• Coordinate fabric and trims requisitions based on design and production requirements.
• Follow up regularly on sampling and bulk production to ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Follow up with suppliers for bulk fabric delivery and ensure material availability as per production schedules.
• Coordinate with factories and conduct factory visits for production monitoring and product execution. Ensure that designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer expectations, target costing, MRP, quality standards, and commercial viability.
• Track the complete product lifecycle from concept design sampling approval bulk production final execu on.
