Job summary

HCLTech in Chennai seeks a CAD design engineer to create and refine product concepts, detailed designs and interfaces. You will analyze user needs, develop specifications, and generate prototypes, iterating designs with feedback from stakeholders.

The role requires Creo CAD proficiency, experience with GD&T, and knowledge of plastics and sheetmetal manufacturing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, manufacturable designs across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in NPD New product design Concept Creation, Detail Design, Modeling Drawing using CAD tool Creo.
• Experience in handling assemblies in Creo.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing process (Plastics and Sheetmetal components).
• Knowledge of GD&T.
