Job Summary

Role Summary

Provide architecture ownership for in Siemens PLM/CAD environments infrastructure, Engineering Client workplace, lab platforms, remote CAD/RDC/GEW services, backend dependencies, and automation roadmap. Ensure the solution is secure, performant, supportable, and aligned with customer architecture and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architecture for in Siemens PLM/CAD environments client workplace, lab infrastructure, remote CAD, backend integration, monitoring, and automation components.
• Assess Azure/HCI, Citrix, VMware, Windows Server/Client, network, security-zone, latency, and cost options for remote CAD and engineering workloads.
• Create operating concepts, transition-to-run documentation, integration patterns, technical standards, and architecture board inputs.
• Review major changes, release impacts, technical debt, stability risks, and modernization opportunities.
• Provide L3/L4 guidance to support, administrator, packaging, data center, network, and vendor/OEM teams.
