Responsibilities

• Design and review roads, highways, urban streets, and transportation projects.
• Prepare and verify geometric designs, pavement layouts, and highway improvement proposals.
• Conduct traffic studies, forecasting, capacity analyses, and traffic management planning.
• Design and evaluate at-grade and grade-separated junctions/intersections.
• Review proposals, tender documents, and bid submissions for metro and transportation projects.
• Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders for approvals.
• Ensure compliance with IRC, MORTH, PWD, and national/international standards.
• Support planning, DPR preparation, and detailed engineering activities.
• Provide technical guidance to design teams and mentor junior engineers.

• Experience in dealing with PWD, NHAI, Metro Rail Corporations, and other government agencies.

This role requires a technically strong transportation professional capable of leading design reviews, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality transportation infrastructure solutions.
