Responsibilities
Proficient in CAD modelling for engine subsystems, including After Treatment Systems (ATS), breather subsystems, exhaust manifolds, hoses, and tailpipe brackets.
Experienced in prototype development, fitment trials, and preparing casting models for engine components.
Skilled in creating concept designs, layouts, detailed 3D models, and 2D drawings with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with manufacturing, quality assurance, and supplier teams to ensure smooth part development and integration.
Proficient in preparing assembly, sub‑assembly, and general arrangement (G&A) drawings for production.
Competent in preparing technical documentation such as DFMEA, technical specifications, and EBOMs.
Basic experience in structural analysis of sheet metal brackets.
